Southern California style! Guacamole recipe
Hola, this is IZUMI from the SoCalization Marketing Department.
This time's original SoCalization recipe is guacamole, a dish loved around the world thanks to the growing popularity of avocados!
Guacamole is best enjoyed with tortilla chips as a snack, and is a very simple and quick dip to make.
We also recommend pairing it with craft beer or white wine!
material:
- Salt and pepper x a little
- 2 avocados
- Coriander x as desired
- Tomato x1
- Garlic x 1 clove
- Green chili peppers x as desired
- 1/4 onion
How to make guacamole:
-
Chop the onion, tomato, coriander, garlic, and green chilli.

- Once well mashed, mix the chopped onion, tomato, coriander, garlic and green chilli with the avocado.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well
*If you are not going to eat it right away, you can slow down the oxidation by adding a little lemon juice.
Your guacamole is now ready! Serve with tortilla chips , a craft beer , or a glass of white wine .
This set is recommended when you want to gather together for a party.
