Tenuta Bon Tempo / Brunello di Montalcino 2015
The aroma of vanilla and toast is accompanied by layers of tannins. It has sweet berry and salty flavors, as well as mineral and earthy nuances, making it a wine that can be aged for a long time.

Winemaking: Hand-picked, yield limited to a maximum of 1kg per vine. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 7-10 days, macerated in sealed stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days, aged for 24 months in 500 liter French oak barrels (40-50% new). Further aged for 18-24 months in 64hl Slavonian oak and 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
The vinification takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with native yeasts and a long maceration of four weeks.
Then the vast majority of the wines is aged for three years in large Slavonian oak casks (20-35 hl) and the rest in second passage French oak barrels. After natural clarification by decantation in stainless steel it is bottled and then rests for a minimum of six months before release.
