Let's start with this IPA to see Stone's strength. The hop aroma is clearly noticeable, with lemon peel, fruity cereal, citrus, and pine-like notes. The taste has a light malt body and a powerful citrus flavor. The perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt flavor is beautiful. The clean bitterness lingers on the tongue.

When poured into a glass, the aroma of pine and sage overflows. Soon after, fruity aromas such as lemon, pineapple, and mango, as well as sweet and fragrant caramel and juicy plum aromas from the malt, follow. The taste is similar to the aroma, with a balanced mix of pleasantly bitter sage, juicy plum, and sweet caramel and chocolate flavors. The body is medium, making it easy to drink without feeling the alcohol. The finish is light and crisp. A cup with a very good balance of hop bitterness and malt bitterness.
