Located in Voca Hill in the glittering Pritchard Hills (surrounded by Colgin, David Orser and Brand on the Napa Valley side), the vineyard is on a steep, rocky slope. Of the 9ha of vineyards, 2.8ha of Cabernet Sauvignon is supplied exclusively to Ream under strict cultivation management. The full-bodied and powerful fruit spreads in the mouth, but it is never overripe, with a supple and soft mouthfeel, velvety, seamless soft tannins, and the richness of creme de cassis and the freshness of the fruit. In 2022, Ream acquired Howie Vineyard, the wines being brewed, the winery facilities, and the previous owner's library, making it his own vineyard.
