It is lively and aromatic, with flavors reminiscent of ripe pear, melon, and citrus fruits, and a clean minerality. Charlotte's Home is a vineyard that was cultivated in 1971 and named after Mrs. Rodney Strong.
In 1971, Rodney Strong began making wine from an Alexander Valley vineyard named after his wife, Charlotte, and today grapes from that same vineyard are still at the heart of the wine.

Vintage Information
The 2021 vintage was blessed with an excellent growing period with no frost and very mild temperatures.
Apart from some spring rains in March, Sonoma County experienced some of the driest conditions on record, which predicted an early harvest, but in reality they waited for everything to come into balance and harvesting began nine days later than the previous year, on August 30th, and ended on September 16th.
Tasting Comments
Refreshing citrus scent of grapefruit and Meyer, and aroma of grass.
This wine has rich flavors of tropical fruits and melon with a refreshing acidity, combining the richness and freshness typical of Sonoma County.
It pairs well with toasted brie, scallops, seared oysters and fresh seafood.
