This wine has a light flavor and goes well with meat dishes. Its pure flavor can also be enjoyed with seafood. It also goes well with soy sauce.

Very pure red fruit flavours with an iodine aroma characteristic of the Sourine grapes grown in this region.
COMMENT
Like Marcel Lapierre and Pierre Auvernoy, Texier has been producing terroir-focused "natural wines" since the 1990s.
We produce wine mainly from the very small AOC "Côtes du Rhône-Brézème", which is about 23 hectares in size.
This wine is aged using traditional methods over a long period of time, a special cuvée created based on Texier's ideas and experience.
The wine is made from vines over 70 years old (the original species of Syrah). The Brézème vineyards have a distinctive iodine aroma.
WINEMAKING
Fermented with whole bunches using only natural yeasts. No sulfites used during vinification. Aged 24-30 months in foudre barrels.
