COMMENT

Like Marcel Lapierre and Pierre Auvernoy, Texier has been producing terroir-focused "natural wines" since the 1990s.

We produce wine mainly from the very small AOC "Côtes du Rhône-Brézème", which is about 23 hectares in size.

The local name for Roussanne is "Roussette," so we used that name for the wine. We only use Roussanne grapes that are over 90 years old.

WINEMAKING

Aged for 24 months in 50% concrete tanks and 50% terracotta jars (450L). No sulfites added.
