Varietal characteristics: Aromas of peach, pear and apricot, rich and supple mouthfeel, mineral aftertaste, but refreshing without any bitterness. It goes well with charcoal-grilled shellfish, spicy Chinese and ethnic dishes, and slightly unusual ingredients such as blue cheese. 2020 VTG won a gold medal at the Sakura Awards.
