Saint-Romain is located on the edge of the Cote d'Or. At 400 meters above sea level, it is one of the highest villages in the region. This wine is aged for 6 to 8 months in French oak, including 25% new barrels, and has a beautiful greenish gold color. It has aromas of white flowers, ripe plums, and honey. The winemaking process respects the individuality of the Drouhin terroir, allowing the rich minerality that is characteristic of this wine to be fully expressed.
