A collaboration between a brewery that blossomed in the Arizona desert and a San Diego pioneer
This IPA is a collaboration with Wren House Brewing, a brewery that is gaining prominence in Arizona, where craft beer craze is on the rise.
Wren House was founded in 2015 in the state capital, Phoenix.
The company has now doubled its production capacity and opened a second facility in the state.
They also won a gold medal in the Hazy IPA category at the 2020 GABF, making them one of the most dynamic breweries in the United States.
The beer has a well-rounded flavor, made using local Arizona wheat, oats, and honey malt.
Hops used are Citra, Cashmere, and Cascade.
As its name suggests, Desert Bloom is a flower that blooms in the desert state of Arizona, and has an aroma reminiscent of a bouquet of orange, lemon, gentle pine, ripe melon, and peach.
The finish is firm and dry like desert air.
