Delicate yet full-bodied cherry, plum and black fruit. With minerals and spices, it has a strong flavor that is unique. It is concentrated yet not heavy, and has an elegant finish. It continues with nuances of red cherry and plum and a dry finish.
Region: Tuscany Origin: Tuscany Grape variety: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, etc. Winemaking: Harvested in early October and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, aged for 6 months, then aged in bottle for another 6 months.
This wine is named after a property on the estate and when translated it means “little house by the roads”. Colloquially, this can also mean “the muddling of the ways” suggesting philosophical musings on the paths we all take in life.
