Eden Rift / Sauvignon Blanc Griva Vineyards 2018
The low-yielding Muskete clone was first planted in the 1960s in Arroyo Seco. The vineyard is unobstructed between Monterey Bay and the cool ocean influence. It has vibrant aromas of white grapefruit, melon, star fruit, lemon blossom and minerals. It is well-balanced with fresh acidity, good weight and a long finish.

Winemaking: Grapes harvested in the morning are pressed and then cooled and clarified for 24 hours.
It is transferred to a thiocrete tank, fermented with natural yeast, and then aged for approximately 6 months.
This wine showcases the racy yet exotic nature of Musque clone. In the glass aromas of white grapefruit, Asian melon, starfruit, lemon blossom and minerals shine brightly. Well-balanced the wine shows fresh acidity with nice weight and a long finish.
