WINEMAKING
This wine is made mainly from young vines (average age 20 years) of Terre d'Orée's signature wine, "Beaujolais L'Ancien." Like L'Ancien, this Beaujolais wine is made using Gamay grapes and finished using traditional Burgundy techniques. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 300m, facing southwest, and has clay-limestone soil. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks using only natural yeasts.
