COMMENT
This family-run Domaine is located in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet and owns vineyards mainly in Chassagne-Montrachet. It has been growing grapes for four generations, but Fabrice Bouard founded the Domaine with his wife in 2006. They promote sustainable agriculture, without the use of pesticides, and by creating soil that is kind to the vines.
This wine is made from grapes planted on clay and limestone soils in 1959, 1963, 1970 and 1975. It is a blend of grapes from the Clos Bernot plot and the Premier Cru La Maltroie.
