COMMENT
This family-run Domaine is located in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet and owns vineyards mainly in Chassagne-Montrachet. It has been growing grapes for four generations, but Fabrice Bouard founded the Domaine with his wife in 2006. They promote sustainable agriculture, without the use of pesticides, and by creating soil that is kind to the vines.
This wine is made from Pinot Noir vines planted in the AOC Burgundy parcel in 1992. Although it is a very small parcel of just 0.08ha, the high-quality Pinot Noir grown in the gravelly soil produces high-quality wine every year.
