COMMENT
Chateau Latour-Martillac is one of the most famous chateaux in the Graves region of Bordeaux. It was owned by the Bordeaux wine merchant Cressmann family in 1871. Both its red and white wines are classified as Graves and have maintained that reputation to this day. It is a classic Bordeaux wine with the dignity of a Grand Vin.
WINEMAKING
The harvested grapes are carefully pressed and fermented in wooden fermentation tanks, then aged for 10 to 15 months in barriques (33% new oak).
