COMMENT
Chateau Latour-Martillac is one of the most representative chateaux in the Graves region of Bordeaux. It was owned by the Bordeaux wine merchant Cressmann family in 1871. Both its red and white wines are classified as Graves and have maintained that reputation to this day. It is a classic Bordeaux wine with the dignity of a Grand Vin.
This wine is one of the oldest chateaux in the region, purchased by Chateau Latour-Martillac in 1999. The vineyards are located about 10km from the village of Martillac, and are brewed by the Latour-Martillac team.
WINEMAKING
After fermentation in wooden barrels, it is aged in wooden barrels for 6 months (10% new barrels).
