Under the strict management of the brewing team, Cartemisia is aged on the lees for a longer period than normal Prosecco. This creates the characteristic long finish and structure, resulting in a light style with a long lingering umami finish. This method is said to be similar to the method used for sparkling wine in Franciacorta. It has also been certified organic by Euroleaf, the most famous organic certification agency in the EU, and practices time-consuming and labor-intensive grape cultivation. Based on the belief that "we want as many people as possible to drink high-quality, delicious, and healthy Prosecco," this wine was made using rigorous grape selection and high-performance machinery. It has a pleasant fruity aroma of green apple, peach, melon, and ripe pear, a refreshing taste with a subtle sweetness and a long-lasting finish.
