She visits the vineyards, constantly monitors the condition of the grapes, and strives to make her wines clean and approachable. Her interest is not limited to making great wines, but her hungry attitude and creative and innovative approach to her work have made her a young winemaker to be reckoned with, even though less than 10% of California winemakers are women.
