Angels & Cowboys Brut is made using traditional method Champagne (known as the traditional method in English).
This method allows the wine to undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in small, fine bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel.
We sourced Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the grapes that represent the Champagne region, from the finest vineyards in Northern California, including Mendocino, Sonoma and Solano County, to create a delicate and complex Brut.
Each grape represents the region's terroir and offers its own unique flavor profile and aromatic blend.
The Brut base wine contains 24% reserve wine.
After 12 months of aging on the lees, traditional dosage is added to give balance and complexity.
This Methode Traditionnelle Brut has enchanting aromas of golden delicious apples and citrus blossoms.
The first sip is fresh and pleasantly tangy, followed by persistent bubbles revealing aromas of toasted brioche and roasted almonds.
A creamy finish completes the character of this elegant blend.
