Aromas of blackberry and vanilla, black cherry, coffee and oak spice. The soft mouthfeel, supported by supple tannins, gives structure to this food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon. Although the yield was somewhat low in 2019, we were able to harvest high-quality grapes. A cool, rainy spring and a mild summer created an almost ideal environment for ripening the grapes. The harvest took place smoothly without any frost or heat waves. Three Girls was created based on the three sisters of Oak Ridge Winery, with three personalities (organizer, instigator, influencer) and a shared vision of "family, farming and winemaking". Contrary to the pop and catchy characteristic label, it is a serious wine made with sustainable farming methods, 100% of the grapes from our own vineyards, "Lodi Rule" certified, gluten-free and vegan friendly. It's sure to be a hit at a variety of occasions, such as girls' nights, get-togethers with friends and colleagues, or with family and loved ones! It's also perfect as a present or gift. Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, with vibrant flavors of pear and orange peel, and a crisp acidity that complements any dish. Chardonnay features tropical flavors of pineapple and guava, a rich fruitiness, and a creamy mouthfeel from the oak. Cabernet Sauvignon has a perfect balance of blackberry and vanilla flavors, concentrated fruitiness, and supple tannins.
