75% of the wine is sourced from Lake County and 25% from Sonoma County, taking advantage of the characteristics of each region. After fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged in barrels that have been used for several years for a few months before blending. Starmont's Sauvignon Blanc aims to express a variety of complex aromas. Freshness like lime and lemongrass, citrus aroma of key lime, floral aroma of lemon flowers, tropical aromas like guava, lychee, and pineapple, etc. Aromas of lemongrass, guava, and honeydew melon, rounded mouthfeel, bright freshness and long finish. Can be beautifully aged for more than 2 years.

Starmont's ideal Sauvignon Blanc is a complex wine with fresh aromas and flavors of citrus, flowers and tropical fruit.
In 2021, notes of kaffir lime, passion fruit and ginger burst from the glass.
In the mid-note, you can faintly sense the texture that comes from barrel fermentation over several years.
The finish is long and pleasant with a hint of green citrus.
