40% of the wine is from our own Stanley Ranch vineyard, 55% is fermented in barrels, 45% is fermented in stainless steel tanks, 75% is from French barrels, and 25% is aged for 10 months. Some MLF to balance the acidity. By using barrels sparingly, the characteristics of the terroir are expressed. The appearance is pale gold. You can feel the aroma of lemon lime and green apple, fresh acidity, and delicate sage on the finish. A medium-bodied wine with a moderate aftertaste. Carneros Chardonnay is very refreshing and lively, and can be enjoyed now, but will become more complex after about three years.

Some MLF.
By fermenting part of the wine in stainless steel tanks, we aim to produce a complex and interesting Chardonnay while maintaining the characteristics of the region and variety.
