Fermented in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Fermented and aged without using any barrels to bring out the characteristics of the variety. The acidity reflecting the cool Sonoma climate is fully utilized, resulting in a crisp and refreshing taste.
The estate wine of "Liquid Legend" named after the founders Giovanni and Giulia has been redesigned with a fresh and refreshing look, incorporating the historic label design.
Previously, the wine was a blend of grapes from their own East Side Vineyard and contracted vineyards, but since putting the Giovanni & Giulia name on it, it has become a 100% single-vineyard, estate wine from East Side Vineyard.
Vintage Information
2022 was a warm vintage with mild summer heat, and the hand-picked harvest went well.
The yield was smaller than average, with well-concentrated fruit being obtained in the last week of August.
Sauvignon Blanc is the first variety Pedroncelli harvests each season.
Technical information
Winemaking: The stems are removed and the pressed juice is placed into a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank and fermented at low temperature (13 degrees) for 24 to 48 hours to bring out the maximum characteristics of the fruit. The wine is then fermented in a stainless steel tank without barrel aging and finished without malolactic fermentation.
It retains the delicate nuances of Sauvignon Blanc.
No barrels are used.

Field information
East Side Vineyards
Made using 100% grapes from our own vineyards.
There are two blocks in our own vineyard, which were harvested one week apart.
One block is characterized by a fresh herbal aroma, while the other has tropical fruit flavors, and the two characteristics are reflected in the wine like a duet.
While maintaining the acidity that reflects the cool Sonoma climate, the wine has a mild fruitiness, is fresh, and has a very creamy texture.
It has a good balance of fruit and acidity, expressing the sweetness of Dry Creek Valley.
