Clear and bright pale yellow in colour. The aroma is very complex, with hints of grapefruit and lime, as well as hints of green chili pepper and herbs. The wine is smooth and fresh on the palate, with a well-balanced acidity, moderate volume and a long aftertaste. It goes well with seafood dishes made with lemon, such as ceviche. It also goes well with sushi and pasta with seafood sauce, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif with fresh cheese. Climate: A cool region influenced by the cold air of the Pacific Ocean and the Humboldt Current. A constant humidity level is maintained, with an average temperature of 25°C in summer and 14°C in winter.

Soil: Very well drained, so precise irrigation is necessary, and there is a mixture of soil types, from black clay to yellowish coarse sandy soil. Indigo is a powerful color name, associated with imagination and intuition. It is one of the oldest dyes in history, used for hundreds of years by the most ancient civilizations. Indigo is a color born from nature, and a traditional name that has been used since ancient times, to describe a very deep, deep shade of blue. This product, named after the color extracted from the natural plant, is a simple, natural, and flavorful, beautiful wine made from organically grown grapes in a famous wine-producing region of Chile, fully expressing the individuality of each variety and the land.
