Purple-red. The aroma of red fruits such as plums and red currants is accompanied by a spicy touch and a hint of toast and black currant. It is a familiar wine with smooth, ripe fruit, velvety tannins, a concentrated feel, and a long finish. It goes well with barbecued and stewed red meat, well-seasoned chicken and game, roast meat, and aged cheese. Climate: The average annual temperature is 22°C, and the precipitation is relatively low (600mm/year). The temperature difference between day and night during the summer is very large, dropping from around 35°C during the day to around 12°C at night.

Soil: Medium to deep sedimentary soil with silty loamy soil. Medium drainage and rich in nutrients. Indigo is a powerful color name, associated with imagination and intuition. It is one of the oldest dyes in history, used for hundreds of years by the oldest civilizations. Indigo is a color born from nature, and a traditional name that has been used since ancient times, to describe a very deep shade of blue. This product, named after the color extracted from the natural plant, is a simple, natural, and flavorful wine made from organically grown grapes in Chile's famous wine regions, fully expressing the individuality of each variety and the land.
