Aromas of white peach, peach blossom, ruby grapefruit, and vanilla with key lime and lemon pie flavors and a fragrant oak flavor. Rich and complex, with a long aftertaste. Collaboration with craft chocolate "Dandelion". An amazing marriage of white wine and high-cocoa chocolate.

Tasting Comments

Honeysuckle and orange blossom are enveloped in exotic aromas of citrus and peach.

The fresh fruitiness of pear and other fruits and the creamy, rich texture from the casks are well balanced with firm acidity and a mineral feel.

Hints of vanilla bean and ruby grapefruit can be felt on the finish.

It has a complex flavour and a long aftertaste.

Can be aged for more than 5 years from the vintage.
