<Brewing/Technical Facts>
The grapes are lightly crushed and pneumatically pressed, after which the juice is clarified and cooled. It is then fermented in temperature-controlled tanks. It is aged in stainless steel tanks until June, when it is clarified, filtered and bottled.

Light straw color. Delicate aroma of toasted bread. Well-balanced and without excess alcohol. Full-bodied and long-lasting wine.
A surprisingly fresh and deep wine, with typical Rhône characteristics of Viognier and its floral notes, this is a wine with an incredible freshness and great depth. It will be a wonderful match for Mediterranean dishes and fish.
