Domaine Jacques Prieur / Meursault Premier Cru Les Perrières 2010
The rich and complex aroma of yellow fruits such as mirabelle plums and fresh apricots changes over time to the aroma of warm bread dough, praline and stone. The concentrated and powerful aftertaste lasts for a long time, making this a deep and well-rounded wine.
Region: Burgundy
Origin: Meursault
Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Winemaking: Hand-picked, pneumatically pressed, then cold maceration for 12-14 hours. 100% barrel fermentation. 19 months barrel aging.
Complex and dense with "almost" empyreumatic notes... Stone, chalk, flint, opening out on apricot notes after airing.Tasty, wide, comforting with notes of ripe and fresh yellow fruits, emphasized by some toasted notes, fresh bread, bread crumbs. Very beautiful sapidity on the finish.
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
