The enchanting aroma of blueberries, blackberries, and blackcurrants, along with delicate spices such as vanilla and nutmeg, develop into a floral aroma like rose petals. It has a rich and concentrated taste with fresh fruit and spices such as pepper and ripe tannins.

Winemaking: Hand-picked and completely destemmed. Maceration at low temperature in an open tank for 22 days. Pigeage twice a day during alcoholic fermentation. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged for 21 months in new barrels.
Very complex, with both floral notes (rose petals) and notes of small berries (raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry), as well as sweet spices (vanilla).Dense texture, complemented by a flavorful and digest fruitiness (berries), and by fleshy, fresh and spicy tannins.
