Only the best grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked. They are pressed with an air-pressure press and racked. Fermentation is partially in oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. After aging separately in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for 8 months, they are blended and bottled.

It is straw-colored and has aromas of peach, banana and honey. It is rounded, rich and full-bodied. It is a fresh wine with a rich aroma.
Hand-picked grapes are collected in baskets prior to sorting, pneumatic pressing and clarification of the must, fermentation partially in oak barrels and partially in steel tanks. For eight months in barrels and steel tanks, before blending and bottling, without cold stabilization. The Coudoulet 2019 has a beautiful crystalline and shiny color with green and golden reflections. The nose is delicate with an attractive bouquet on notes of citrus zest and ginger. Full and complex, the mouth reveals gourmet aromas of apricot and mango and has a long finish enhanced by a little bitterness.
