"A melting pot of talent." This is the phrase that comes to my mind when I look at Australia today. In a vast land that could fit the entirety of Europe inside it, the current situation is like a warring states period, with several generations of talents scattered across various regions competing with each other. Even though large wineries are desperately trying to suppress the budding of new talent, there is no sign of the trend stopping anytime soon. Jasper Button of the Commune of Button, who served as Anton's assistant for a long time at Lucy Margaux, has been sending to Japan wonderful and refined Pinot Noir from the vineyards owned by Gareth, a gentlefolk who lives in the same commune. While his master is increasingly facing primitive degeneration, Button is looking towards higher quality fine wines. However, he still rejects human intervention. The elderly owner asked Jasper and his group to manage the vineyards organically, and Anton and his group now have all the harvesting rights. 100% whole-cluster fermentation. In fact, the clone of this vineyard is unknown. However, based on its cute flavor, it is speculated to be a Champagne clone, a Swiss clone, and MV6 (Mother Vine 6 = Clos de Vougeot). This is the most charming and cutest wine made by Jasper.
