Since the acquisition of Château de Lussac by the Raviallées in 2000, it has been transformed into a leading Bordeaux Blanc Sec winery. It produces top-quality white wines, managed with advanced techniques and meticulous care. The vines are pruned using the double guyot method, with particular attention paid to removing branches on the side exposed to the morning sun, ensuring thorough management. Some of the wine is aged in new barrels for 8 to 9 months on the lees.
