Cellier des Dames / Burgundy Chardonnay Jeanne La Folle 2020

Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Winemaking: The grapes are cooled to 12°C and pressed directly with the whole bunches. 30% is fermented in barrels and the rest in open tanks for 12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels for about 10 months. Bottled in October of the following year.
The nose expresses both floral and toasty notes. The oaky touch is slightly present and balances a rich mouth. It is a food-friendly wine, balanced between richness and refreshing acidity.
