Winemaking: Grapes from two plots in the Côte Chalonnaise and the southern Côte de Beaune. Vines 25-35 years old. Grapes cooled to 12°C and pressed directly without thawing. Fermented for 12 days in stainless steel (70%) and barrels (30%), no MLF, aged for 10 months.
Aromas of apple, citrus and flowers. The attack is refreshing and has a beautiful minerality to it, making it a fresh wine.

The grapes were cooled to 12°C and pressed directly without de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless steel (70%) and barrels (30%) for 12 days, no MLF, 10 months aging.
Aromas of apple, citrus and flowers. The attack is fresh and lush with beautiful minerality.
