Appellation: Burgundy AOC

Variety: 100% Aligote

Winemaking: Grapes from two plots in the Côte Chalonnaise and the southern Côte de Beaune. Vines 25-35 years old. Grapes cooled to 12°C and pressed directly without thawing. Fermented for 12 days in stainless steel (70%) and barrels (30%), no MLF, aged for 10 months.

Aromas of apple, citrus and flowers. The attack is refreshing and has a beautiful minerality to it, making it a fresh wine.

Grape Variety: 100% Aligoté

Vinification: Grapes from two parcels, one in the Côte Chalonnaise and the other in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune. The vines are 25 to 35 years old. The grapes were cooled to 12°C and pressed directly without de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless steel (70%) and barrels (30%) for 12 days, no MLF, 10 months aging.

Aromas of apple, citrus and flowers. The attack is fresh and lush with beautiful minerality.
