Ruby glow. An elegant wine made from rare varieties.
Pressing whole bunches of hand-picked grapes. Fermented in wooden barrels using natural yeast after removing the stems. After letting it sit for a month, it is removed and bottled. Bottle aged for 1 year. Beautiful ruby color. Slightly crushed wild berry and balsamic fragrance. The elegant, rounded Moret rocherry palate is encased in smooth tannins. The indigenous variety Marzemino has a low yield, so the production volume is very low, and it takes a lot of time and effort, but we plan to continue making it to differentiate ourselves from other wineries. Alc: 12.5%
Ruby red in color. The generous nose revealing notes of crushed wild berries and balsamic hints. The palate is well-rounded and elegant, with morello cherry and fine-grained tannin notes and pleasantly long-lasting flavors.
