Fermented and aged for 12 months in 350L foudres (50%) and 228L old barrels (50%). Unfined, filtered and bottled on the fruit day of the biodynamic calendar.

≪Details≫

The wine is full of fresh citrus and ripe yellow fruit with a prominent floral aroma. It has a pleasant acidity in the mouth and a slight spice and delicate minerality in the finish.

・Lottery results will be announced on or after June 25th (Tue).
