<Brewing/Technical Facts>

60-year-old vines at the foot of the Corton hills. No sulfites added. Fermented and aged for 14 months on lees in foudres (80%) and old barrels (20%). No clarification or filtration. Adds very small amounts of sulfite and bottles on the day of fruit harvest in biodynamic render.
