<Brewing/Technical Facts>

The wine is grown on a deep clay-limestone soil at the bottom of the slope, and is 60 years old. It is fermented and aged for 11 months on lees in amphorae (75%) and old barrels (25%), then aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. It is not clarified, filtered, and bottled on the fruit day of the biodynamic calendar.

Rich fruit aromas burst from the glass, while fresh, delicate citrus and floral flavors blend together, while lively acidity gives the smooth texture and firm structure.
