<Brewing/Technical Facts>

Fermented using natural yeasts, aged for 12 months in barrels on the lees, then aged slowly and naturally for 6 months in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention.

≪Details≫

A beautiful silvery color. Elegant and fresh citrus with a hint of roasted aroma. Mineral and firm flavor reminiscent of fine licorice, with white peach at the start and citrus at the finish.

[Lottery sales rules]

・Application period: 2024/4/19 (Fri) 18:00 - 4/21 (Sun) 23:59

・Lottery results will be announced on or after April 23rd (Tue).

・How to apply: Select the product you want and place your order as usual to apply for the lottery. No payment will be made at the time of application.

・We will not accept applications that exceed the limit on the number of entries per person.

・We will send an invoice to customers who have won the lottery. Please make payment within 3 days of arrival and ship the item within 2 weeks.

Please note that any orders that have passed the payment, transfer or delivery deadline will be cancelled.
