Deep clay-limestone soil at the bottom of the slope. Cuvaison 12 days, 30% whole-cluster fermentation. Aged 10 months in old barrels with gentle extraction by remontage and pigeage. Bottled on the fruit day of the biodynamic calendar without clarification or filtration.

・Lottery results will be announced on or after June 25th (Tue).
