12 hours of skin contact. A wine with a rich aroma, made with great care

12 hours of skin contact brings out the wonderful aromas typical of Gewurztraminer. 20% is fermented as orange wine, and the rest is fermented at low temperature for 20 days with natural yeast until the residual sugar content is 18g/L. No barrels used and no malolactic fermentation. Richly scented with roses, lychees and cloves. A crisp wine with flavors of passion fruit, melon and tangerine. Alc: 12.9%

  • Winemaking We put the juice and the grape skins in contact for 12 hours to extract and unleash the exquisite Gewürztraminer aromas locked in the skin. A fraction of the blend (20%) is fermented as an orange wine on the skin. are fermented for 20 days with native yeasts at cool temperature and the fermentation is arrested to the desired sugar level. We do not use any oak and do not put the wine through malolactic fermentation.
  • Tasting Notes Color: Pale gold. Bouquet: Roses, lychee, clove. Taste: Passion fruit, melon and tangerine.
  • Food pairing Ideal with spicy Indian food, lemon chicken and blue cheeses.
