A limited edition to celebrate Stone's 27th anniversary. It uses a generous amount of Southern Hemisphere Peacharine, Riwaka, and Phantasm hops, as well as American Mosaic hops. A unique, emotional experience filled with dank, tropical fruit, and citrus flavors.
For this year's anniversary beer, we found inspiration from the Southern Hemisphere.
This Double IPA is brewed with Peacharine and Riwaka hops, with an added dash of New Zealand Phantasm (derived from the skins of Sauvignon Blanc grapes).
Combined with American-grown Mosaic hops and a carefully selected malt blend, this beer is a unique, delicious experience filled with dank, tropical and citrus fruit flavors.
The alcohol content is 9.6% in honour of 1996, the year Stone was founded.

A unique sensory experience full of dankness and tropical citrus
For this year's anniversary beer, we found inspiration in the southern hemisphere. This double IPA is brewed with Peacharine and Riwaka hops, along with a special ingredient called Phantasm – an extract from sauvignon blanc grape skins – all sourced from New Zealand. Combined with some good old fashioned Mosaic hops from the US and an amped up grain bill and we've got ourselves a unique sensory experience full of dankness and tropical citrusy notes. Coming in at a smooth 9.6% in honor of the year we started: 1996.
