Sourced from the winery's own vineyards, Stanley Ranch and Lee Vineyards. Whole bunch pressed and skin contact at low temperature for 2 hours. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. No MLF. A wine that can be enjoyed immediately after release, or for 2-3 years. Harvested at the perfect ripeness for rosé, it has a light and fresh style with high acidity and low alcohol content. Pale salmon in appearance, with aromas of green strawberry and carnation, a crisp attack that gradually becomes creamier. The excellent acidity is impressive.

Tasting Comments
A light and fresh style that minimizes Pinot Noir skin contact and emphasizes the aroma and bright acidity.
By harvesting the grapes at optimum ripeness, we were able to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics while achieving a naturally low alcohol content.
The bright and fresh aroma and flavor of strawberry and watermelon, and the pleasant acidity make it a taste that you will never get tired of.
