Vintage Information
The winter of 2017 was wet, breaking all-time precipitation records by mid-April, filling lakes, ponds and reservoirs.
Although the summer brought several heat waves, making it a changeable and unforgettable year, the grapes grew well and high-quality grapes full of concentrated flavor were harvested from September 19th to October 20th.
Technical information
The grapes are divided into small lots and carefully selected, then the bunches are selected and the grapes are fermented in barrels for a long aging period, with the wine aged for 26 months in 100% new French barrels.
Tasting Comments
The result is a rich, deep wine with a complex blend of black berry and cassis flavors.
The aroma of plum, chocolate and mocha stands out, and the aftertaste is full of mellow tannins and umami, making it an enchanting experience.
