A light to medium-dark ruby red color. An aromatic wine with aromas of cherry, pomegranate, and tobacco leaves. When you put it in your mouth, it is elegant and juicy, with a red flavor with a strawberry-like acidity. The fruit is also noticeable in the long aftertaste. It goes well with charcuterie, terrines, pates, rabbit, figs and duck dishes with red fruits. It also goes well with mushroom risotto and aged goat cheese. Yes. Signos de Origin means "sign of the land".
Valle Casablanca, known as one of the coolest wine-producing regions in Chile, is an area close to the Pacific Ocean where the cold Humboldt Current flows. Signos de Origen focuses on the grapes of the cool Casablanca region and bottles the individuality of the varieties grown there. Grapes that grow slowly in the cool soil are rich in acidity and have accumulated many aromas, making them like treasures. And we are confident that the true individuality of the varieties can be expressed only by organic/biodynamic farming methods.
The label features a symbol appropriate to that variety.
