Was it luck? Or calculation? Evolution Lucky No. 9 White launched the "different" white wine category 20 years ago and remains a staple in every wine lover's fridge.

The anticipation builds every time from opening the bottle to taking that first drop.

This wine is delicious, refreshing and sure to please any foodie wine drinker.

This wine is incredibly tropical! Immersed in a sea of lychee, pineapple and apricot with hints of lemongrass, elderflower and lime.

Bright acidity lingers on the palate, perfectly balanced with residual sugar.

Anything spicy! Thai curry, chicken vindaloo curry, spicy tuna poke, chilli lime peanut and more.

The year 2021 has been simply "HOT, HOT, HOT"! Temperatures have been in the triple digits Fahrenheit (over 37 degrees Celsius), so hot that you'll melt into a puddle if you don't hide from the sun.

In September, thanks to a little rain, we were able to harvest beautiful, perfectly ripe fruit! Hooray! Press, juice, tank → high! Wine.

Wouldn't it be great if making wine was that easy? Just press the fruit into juice and ferment in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit.

Fermentation was completed leaving 8.3g/L residual sugar.

Just a little bit of sweetness is just right.

When Sokol Blosser first planted vines in 1971, the wine industry was virtually nonexistent in Oregon.

Today, with over 900 wineries and 30,000 vineyards, Oregon wine can be enjoyed anywhere in the world.

Sokol Blosser is a family-owned winery that has been a leader in sustainable grape growing and business practices since the beginning of winemaking in Oregon.

Sokol Blosser is committed to producing world-class wines that express the distinctive flavors of our hillside vineyards while respecting the environment and our health.

This commitment to world-class quality and environmental awareness are Sokol Blosser's core values, and they not only practice organic farming, but also produce wines that are kind to the environment and the people who work there.

This initiative has been ongoing since the winery was founded, and in the fall of 2005 it received the prestigious official organic certification from the United States Department of Agriculture.
