Something different from what I usually drink... Italian prosecco with a fruity and delicate taste.
The clay soil that flows out when the glacier melts contains a lot of moisture, so the size of the grapes is relatively large and has a rich taste. Hand-harvested grapes are macerated at low temperatures while infiltrating the pericarp, and after removing the cage, they are fermented with natural yeast and left to rest during the winter. Bottling begins around the third new moon after harvest. Straw color with a slight green tinge. Fruity aroma of white flowers and lemon zest. The fresh and pleasant acidity and fruity aroma last for a long time, and you can fully enjoy the delicate taste and minerality of Prosecco, which tends to be masked by foaming. Alc: 11.0%
Straw yellow in color with fine and stylish perlage. The nose is fresh with notes of citrus fruit, medicinal herbs and crispy fruit. On the palate the bubbles are creamy and highlight the fresh and citrusy notes on the finish.
