Uber Sauvignon is sourced exclusively from the finest Croft Vineyards located in the Willamette Valley. Its mineral-dominant aromas, refreshing acidity, and refined texture make it one of the most unique and intriguing wines we make. Sauvignon Blanc is not commonly grown in northern Oregon's Willamette Valley, but J. Christopher grows Sauvignon Blanc as its primary white wine variety. We also grow 3 acres of Appassionata vineyards, believing that this variety is perfect for the region's climate and will make excellent wines.
