The Bouzereau family has been in the village of Meursault since the 16th century. They produce wines of consistent quality using traditional techniques such as careful handcrafting and long-term aging in wooden barrels.
This wine is made using grapes from the family's own vineyards in Meursault and Volnay on the mother side. Like Champagne, it undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, which gives it a deep flavor and fine bubbles.
